Data collected

We only collect data you voluntarily provide via our forms: first name, last name, email, phone, message, and characteristics of the property you wish to have valued.

No sensitive browsing data is stored. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service, without advertising cookies.

Purposes

Respond to your requests (valuation, viewing, contact).

Support you in a real estate project if you entrust us with it.

Send you, upon explicit request, properties matching your criteria.

Legal basis

Your consent (checkbox when submitting forms).

Performance of a contract if you entrust us with a mandate.

Our legal obligations (retention of mandates, anti-money laundering).

Retention period

Leads without follow-up: 12 months, then archived or deleted.

Clients with mandate: applicable legal period (usually 10 years for notarial deeds).

Newsletter subscribers: until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection — free of charge on simple request to privacy@maisonmoens.be.

Third-party sharing

We never sell your data.

Processors: Supabase (database, EU), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting). All are bound by contract and subject to GDPR.
