Support you in your real estate project if you entrust us with it.

Send you, upon explicit request, properties matching your criteria.

Legal basis

Your consent (checkbox when submitting forms).

Performance of a contract if you entrust us with a mandate.

Our legal obligations (retention of mandates, anti-money laundering).

Retention period

Leads without follow-up: 12 months, then deleted.

Clients with mandate: applicable legal period (usually 10 years for notarial deeds).

Third-party sharing

We never sell your data.

Processors: Supabase (database, EU), OVH (email delivery), Vercel (hosting). All are bound by contract and subject to GDPR.
