My story
9 years of experience. A new beginning.
For 9 years, I practised the profession of estate agent within two renowned agencies — one specialising in property management, the other in brokerage. I learned the trade in its entirety: technique, negotiation, client relationships, team management.
At the second agency, I moved into management. Responsible for agent training and daily operations, with ambitious targets — a minimum of 15 sales per month. This experience taught me rigour, excellence and efficiency.
Today, I take a new step: creating Moens, my own agency. To put all this experience directly at the service of my clients, with full commitment to every file and the kind of attention only an independent agent can provide.
What my clients remember? Availability, responsiveness, and that little extra that makes the difference — like the aerial drone video, included as standard. Not a gimmick. A reflection of a conviction: every property deserves the best.
