The first appointment

Sundays contain everything. Who cooks, who works, who hosts. The distance to the baker. The number of friends who drop in unannounced. The children doing homework at the kitchen table, or locked in their rooms.

From there, you can start talking about square metres.

A client once told me: "I want a study." Digging deeper, I understood he mainly wanted a door he could close. We found him a landing with a convertible alcove. There was no study on the floor plan. There was the right house.
